How long does a build take?

A Core Site is usually live within 1–2 weeks of you approving the mockup. Full Package is 2–3 weeks. We'll give you a proper timeline before anything starts.

Do I need to write the content myself?

Nope, well unless you want to. Tell us about your business: what you do, who your customers are, what makes you different. We'll write copy based on that and you review it.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

If you're on a monthly plan, we'll get it fixed fast. If you're not, we're still more than happy to help at the hourly rate. Either way, you won't be left with a broken site and no one to call.

Do I have to manage the website myself?

No, and that's the whole point of a Site Care plan. Once you give us the details, we handle the hosting, domain, DNS, security and updates, and we deal with your other providers so you don't have to. You give us what we need once at the start, then it's hands off for you. Bundle a plan with your build and your first month is half price.

Do I actually own the website?

Yes. It's yours to keep and no 'you can only host it through us' conditions. If you ever want to move to someone else, we'll hand everything you need over.

Can you match my existing branding?

Of course! Send through your logo and any colours or fonts you use. If you don't have branding yet, we can sort that too.

Can I have a call before I commit to anything?

Do we have to meet in person, or is it all remote?

Either way, whatever suits you. A lot of it can be done remotely, but we'd genuinely love to come and meet you in person to understand your business properly and get things done. We're flexible and happy to work in person, remote, or a mix of the two.
