These are the terms for using the website — the work we do for you is covered by a separate services agreement we'll provide before any project starts.

You can browse the site and contact us freely. In return, please don't:

• Copy, scrape or republish our content without permission.

Our content

The content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and code — belongs to LayerFlow (or is used with permission) and is protected by copyright. You may view and share links to it, but you can't reuse it commercially without our written consent.

Quotes & pricing

Prices and packages shown on the site are a guide to help you plan, not a binding offer. Every project is confirmed with its own written quote and scope before we begin. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). LayerFlow is not currently registered for GST, so no GST applies.

Free mockups

Where we offer a free homepage concept, it's provided to help you decide and remains our property until a project is agreed and paid for. There's no obligation to proceed.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LayerFlow isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't legally be excluded.
