Do I need to sign a contract?
No retainers, no lock-in. You pay for the time you use. Book a call first to scope out what you need, then we go from there.
Can you work alongside a project I already have underway?
Absolutely. IT consulting works on its own or alongside any LayerFlow service. If you're building a new site and need email and tools sorted at the same time, that's common.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's what the discovery call is for. Tell us what's not working or what you're trying to do. We'll tell you what it would take and roughly how much.
Do you only work remotely?
Whatever works best for you. Plenty can be handled remotely, but we'd genuinely love to come out and meet you in person to understand what you need and get it sorted on the spot. We're flexible and happy to work in person, remote, or a mix of both.
When off-the-shelf doesn't cut it, we build it.
Monthly software fees add up. Sometimes the smarter answer is a small custom integration you own outright: your website talking directly to the tools you already use.
